Matt King was awesome tonight I was stuck in the rain car cut off due to my belt. He stayed in contact and came on time however while loading my car his tire busted on us. We were shocked ass hell but he still was able to get me and my car home safe and sound and you could tell he was tired. Great man

Julian our AAA driver was wonderful she was a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable and arrived right on time to load a 1998 Jeep Cherokee 4X4. She made our experience very enjoyable and stress free. Thanks again Julian.

I really appreciated James' professionalism and his knowledge and expertise. Our disabled Corvette has low ground clearance. James took extra caution and great care when loading our car on the flatbed. Thank you James for a job well-done. I would chose Elite again.

I was unfortunately in an accident while picking my kid up from school in Ohio, and my Tesla was left undrivable. AAA sent Dan Frederick from Elite Auto Service, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience during a stressful situation. Not only was Dan super professional and easy to deal with, but he really took the time to make sure my Tesla was loaded correctly. Teslas are not easy to tow, and he was extremely careful with the car. Originally, I was going to have the car towed all the way back to Pittsburgh, but I changed plans and decided to only tow it to Cincinnati. Even though that meant a much shorter tow insignificantly less money for him, Dan had absolutely no issue changing everything around. He even let me leave before the car was fully loaded and kept me updated the entire time while he worked through a difficult load situation that took quite a while. He communicated with me the whole time, stayed professional throughout, and made a terrible day a lot easier. When you’re 300 miles away from home and stressed to the max, dealing with someone like that means a lot. I would absolutely recommend Elite Auto Service to anyone. True professionals.
